• Pay Online - Use our online service to view, receive and pay your bill online. Simply visit www.spectrumam.com and log into your homeowner account by entering your email address and password. Select the ‘Account Information’ link under the ‘For Homeowners’ category at the top of the webpage. You can make a one-time payment via bank draft or set up recurring payments. To pay with a debit/credit card, our third-party processor (PayLease) accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can make a one-time payment or set up reoccurring payments. You will be charged a small convenience fee (3.5%) if you choose to pay by debit/credit card and a $1.99 for each e-check/ACH payments. For debit/credit card payment issues with PayLease, please call 1-877-342-6233.
• Pay by Phone - To pay by phone using a debit/credit card, call 1-877-342-6233. Agents are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our third party processor, PayLease, accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You will be charged a small convenience fee (3.5%) if you choose this option.
• Pay by Mail - Payments can be placed in the return envelope received with your assessment statement. Check or money order payments should be made payable to the association and mailed to Spectrum Association Management, P.O. Box 299008, Lewisville, TX 75029. Mailed payments are processed electronically, please do not send cash.
